Dr. Ali Eslami Panah graduated from the University of Tehran with a PhD degree in Private Law. He is a faculty member of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tehran University, an attorney at law and a member of the Central Bar Association. Also, Dr. Eslami Panah has the following positions in his career records: deputy of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tehran University, head of the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Tehran university, member of eighth term of the Iran Parliament (The Islamic Consultative Assembly) and the Vice-President of the Judicial Commission Director General of the Documents and the Improvement of the Law in Parliament (Islamic Consultative Assembly). He is the head of Department of Contracts and a member of Board of Directors of Daad & Kherad Law Firm.
